MidCoast Council, our name has changed but our commitment to you hasn't

1605 Midcoast Wide White RGB 300dpiAs most of you would be aware, it was announced on Thursday 12 May that Greater Taree City Council has merged with its neighbours at Great Lakes Council and Gloucester Shire Council to form a new entity. We are now collectively known as MidCoast Council and while our name has changed, our commitment to community hasn’t.

All the council services you received will continue to be provided as they usually would.  Contact your local council office as you always have or visit our websites.  While we work on improving our business, you will hardly notice a difference in the day to day services you enjoy now.

We will continue to keep you informed through our usual channels, including this website and our social media sites.

We look forward to working with our new community to build strong and positive relationships and develop a vision and direction for our new council and community.  More than anything, we look forward to sharing this journey with you.
