How can I make a payment?
We have several payment options available to you when paying your invoices and debtor statements. However our preferred method is via electronic payment.
Please note that a 1% surcharge applies to all payments made via credit or debit cards.
Payments can be made directly from your bank account. Please contact your financial institution for further information if this option is not available to you.
Please note when making a payment using BPay, remember to enter the biller code and reference number. They appear next to the BPay logo on the front of your rates notice.
Payments can be made using BPOINT by calling 1300 276 468.

Pay in person
At any of the following locations:
- Customer Service Centre - 2 Pulteney Street TAREE. Pay by cash, cheque, EFTPOS or credit card. 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
- Wingham Library - Wynter Street WINGHAM. Pay by cheque, EFTPOS or credit card. 10am - 4pm, Monday to Friday.
- Any Australia Post outlet (credit cards not accepted)
Payments can be made by cheque or by money order. Please remember to include the remittance section of your Rates Notice.
