Rates

Rates contribute to the provision of services that make the Manning Valley a better place for us to live.

These services include:

  • sporting fields and parks
  • community support
  • economic development and tourism
  • environmental protection
  • libraries and entertainment venues
  • public health & safety
  • roads and bridges, footpaths and drainage

Some services we provide also attract a fee, some of which are legislated by the State government and others are set to partially or fully recovery costs as the service is provided to the individual and not the whole community. We review these annually. To access the Fees and Charges see the links section on the right.
